CannaElite ships cannabis-infused products exclusively to states and jurisdictions where hemp-derived THC beverages and edibles are legally permitted.
Non-meltable products ship within 2 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Chocolates and other meltable products ship Monday through Wednesday only, to prevent melting in transit. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
All products ship via FedEx Ground by default.
Wholesale orders ship via FedEx. Transit times after dispatch are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. CannaElite is not responsible for carrier delays outside of our control.
We offer flat rate shipping for $30, or free shipping on any retail order over $100.
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement.
